AAISC implements different actions:
Workshops at the Job Centre:
1/2 to 1 day every two weeks, workshops are organized for job seekers (under the prescription of their advisor) to address topics important for professional integration: How to apply (help with the development of CVs and cover letters), How to apply without a job offer (getting to know the market, using networks, spontaneous application). Workshops are limited to 7 people maximum.
EPC (Commitment First Chance):
Action taking place over 3 months alternating periods in center and periods of internship in companies. This action is for young people from 16 to 25 years old (1 group of 10 people maximum on Barbezieux + 1 group of same size on Montmoreau or Chalais). It allows the young person to get to know each other better in order to establish a professional project that corresponds to him, to be accompanied in the construction of his professional project, to discover the world of the company, to remove the brakes that can limit the access to employment, to exchange with the rest of the group. The goal is for trainees to integrate training or employment. The topics proposed are: the job search technique (CVs, motivational letters, useful sites), knowledge of the job market and trades (job descriptions, job market, company visits), self-awareness (project professional, know-how, what I want in life), training (CPF, possible funding), employment contracts, recruitment interview, writing workshops ...
